Magnesium is the 4th most abundant mineral in our body that supports over 300 essential functions, making it critical for our wellbeing.
 
Our modern soils have been depleted of much of this important mineral and we inevitably end up being deficient. 
 
My formula uses magnesium chloride from one of the best sourced locations, the ancient Zechstein sea, where it is not only extracted from two miles below but it is also free of mercury, lead, arsenic and fluoride.

Grass-fed Tallow: Rich in essential fatty acids that help form a protective barrier to keep the skin deeply moisturized. These include palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, conjugated linoleic acid and oleic acid. Tallow also contains fat-soluble vitamins A (retinol), D, E, K2, B12, Choline and omega 3's. These fats help increase skin's flexibility, elasticity and can aid in healing. 
 
Zechstein Magnesium Chloride- Magnesium chloride is one of the most bioavailable, easily absorbed types of magnesium which makes it a great multi-purpose supplement. It has been found to aid in low stomach acid, muscle relaxer, aid in better sleep and may help alleviate depression. 
 
Beeswax- Has been used for centuries in skincare products due to its moisturizing and protective properties. It is also rich in vitamin A, promotes cell regeneration and has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. 
 
Organic Lavender Essential Oil- Lavender essential oil has shown to possibly enhance GABA, which may lead to reduced anxiety and increased relaxation. It has also shown promising results to increase serotonin production in the body which aids in our sleep cycle.
 
DIRECTIONS:
Apply 30-60 mins before bed for it to be absorbed. You can place a quarter-size amount on each foot, then apply socks or rub a smaller amount under each armpit. Tip: avoid using freshly shaven legs or any cuts, as the magnesium salt may cause a stinging sensation. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 12 months.
